1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the Outlore Interactives website, downloading our game clients, participating in our alphas/betas, or utilizing our APIs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please disconnect from our services immediately.
2. Intellectual Property
All assets, including but not limited to code, proprietary engine extensions, 3D models, audio tracks, concept art, and narrative lore (e.g., the Void Runner universe, Mythos tabletop rulesets), are the exclusive property of Outlore Interactives. You may not distribute, reverse-engineer, or commercially exploit these assets without written authorization.
3. Community Content & Mods
We love our community. You are free (and encouraged) to create mods, fan art, and streams of our games. However, community creations must remain non-commercial unless expressly permitted by our Creator License. Any malicious mods designed to disrupt multiplayer telemetry or exploit other players will result in a permanent hardware ID ban.
4. Code of Conduct
The OUTLORE INTERACTIVES is built on respect. Harassment, hate speech, or malicious behavior in our official Discord, forums, or in-game VOIP/text chats will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to terminate access to any Outlore Interactives services for individuals violating this code.
